We want your feet to feel better. If they don't, you shouldn't be out of pocket.

Wear them for 90 days

Use your insoles for up to 90 days from delivery. If your feet aren't more comfortable, email us and we'll refund you in full.

You don't need to send them back

No return shipping, no restocking fee, no forms to fill in. Keep them, pass them on, or bin them — your call. Posting a $23.99 pair of insoles back to us costs more than the insoles are worth, so we don't ask you to.

How to claim

Email support@solestead.com with your order number and a line about how they felt. We reply within 24 hours. We might ask a couple of questions about fit — that's us learning, not us stalling.

When the money lands

We issue the refund within 2 business days of approving it. Your bank then takes 5–10 business days to post it. Shipping was free, so you get back everything you paid.

Damaged, faulty or wrong item

Email us with your order number and a photo. Replacement or refund, your choice, and we cover everything.
