90-day comfort guarantee

Wear your insoles for up to 90 days. If they aren't giving you the comfort or support you hoped for, email us and we'll arrange a refund or replacement.

How to start a return

Email support@solestead.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply within 24 hours with next steps. Please don't send anything back before contacting us.

Refunds

Once your return is approved (and received, where a return is required), we'll refund your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

Return shipping

If a return is required, return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect, in which case we cover it.
