Free US shipping on every order

We ship within the United States, free, with no minimum order.

2–7 business days, start to finish

Most orders arrive 2–7 business days after you place them. We dispatch within one business day; the carrier does the rest.

Orders placed after 2pm CT start processing the next business day. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays.

Tracking

A tracking link goes out by email the moment your order ships. Nothing after 3 business days? Email support@solestead.com and we'll find it.

If it's late

Weather, holidays and carrier backlogs occasionally push things past 7 days. Email us and we'll chase it. If it's genuinely lost, you get a replacement or a full refund — no cost to you, no argument.

Addresses

Double-check your address at checkout. If a parcel bounces back because of a typo, we'll resend once, free.
