How Solestead works

Remove your shoe's flat factory insole and drop Solestead in. They fit sneakers, work shoes, boots and most everyday footwear — trim along the guide lines for a closer fit.
2. Let the arch do the work
The reinforced TPU arch and 3-point support cradle your heel, arch and forefoot, spreading pressure evenly instead of loading the heel and ball of your foot. A deep heel cup keeps you aligned with every step.
3. Feel the difference build
